A few things close to my heart…the arts, Fort McMurray and my friends and family. This session is a tangled web of all these. Trevor, the drummer is a life long friend (brother) and Danny, Mark and Donny are new friends that I’m so fortunate to have met through him. Freedom’s Note is a Fort McMurray rock band (formally Destranged), playing all original music and one little classic tune from our home Province of Newfoundland “Salt Water Joys” (nailed it!). I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to shoot for these guys twice now, and I think we’ve all grown in our respective art since the first shoot!
Their second album is due out soon, with the first single “All We Know” hitting the radio and iTunes in just two days! I’m so excited for these guys. They work so hard, they’re so talented and an absolute blast to hang out with. Check them out on Facebook and be sure to check out their first single, it’s wicked!! I mean, their first album was amazing but this really is going to blow your mind! And, yes, I got a sneaky peek…the drummer’s my brother 😉
If you're looking to feast your eyes on couples in love, raw emotion and vibrant scenes, you've come to the right place.
I'm an Edmonton wedding photographer for couples madly in love, and those who love to laugh right from their hearts (and bellies). Over the past 8 years I've been very lucky to photograph weddings of all kinds and sizes including Christian weddings, East Indian weddings, elopements, destination weddings in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Las Vegas, Canmore, Banff, and Newfoundland (that's considered destination wedding photography, right?) and a New York City engagement session - in addition to the beautiful Edmonton weddings and Fort McMurray weddings I've had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of.
Enough about me, I would love to know more about you and your photography needs!
Available for travel worldwide, Chrystal is an award winning Edmonton Wedding Photographer.
