Shane booked me before the evacuation for an anniversary session for himself and his lovely wife, Yvonne. He feared that the plan could not go ahead when life in Fort McMurray was so uncertain. Also, he had hidden cash away to pay for their day and was certain Yvonne had caught him red handed while their were packing to evacuate. Although she was franticly packing and not really paying attention, Shane felt the need to explain. He spilled everything.
It didn’t spoil a thing, maybe it was something to look forward to upon their return home. Shane had planned a day that started with a couples massage, then they got matching tattoos, had dinner and ended the day cuddling and laughing, just truly enjoying each other’s company.
Truly a beautiful couple, with the most amazing connection. As I told them a few times during our session, they just fit together.
Shane and Yvonne, I wish you many more years of happiness. Thank you so much for inviting me to document such a wonderful celebration of love.
